Head of Data & Analytics

Our client is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead data strategy and elevate the organisation’s use of insights to drive business growth. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with analytical execution, ensuring data informs decisions across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Build scalable data pipelines and manage a modern data stack (SQL, Python/R, BI tools, dbt, Jupyter/Colab)
• Translate complex analysis into actionable insights to guide business strategy
• Collaborate with senior leaders on forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and commercial decision-making
