AI Transformation Business Manager
My client is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Business Manager to bridge business strategy and AI delivery inside a large, complex corporate environment. You'll partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, HR, and Corporate Affairs to identify where AI can meaningfully change the way work gets done — then translate those insights into clear briefs the delivery team can build from. Once solutions are live, you'll guide the business through the change that follows. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone equally comfortable in a boardroom and a technical delivery discussion.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business functions to uncover inefficiencies and identifyhigh-value AI transformation opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions to surface, prioritise, and pipeline AI use cases byvalue and feasibility
- Develop clear AI opportunity briefs and business requirements that set thedelivery team up for success
- Act as the primary liaison between business functions and the AI deliveryteam across the full delivery lifecycle
- Build change management plans covering people, process, and capabilitydimensions
- Advise non-technical stakeholders on enterprise AI tools including Microsoft365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Google Gemini
- Build trusted relationships across the business as a credible, practical AItransformation advisor
What you'll bring
- Background inbusiness analysis, process improvement, or transformation within a largeorganisation
- Hands-on experience with enterprise GenAI platforms and ability to assessreal-world applicability
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at alllevels
- Experience designing or supporting change management programs
- Strong written communication skills — you produce clear, executive-readymaterials
- Natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly across diverse teams
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Data Science, or similar
- Lean or Six Sigma certification highly regarded
