AI Engineer
Our client is looking for an AI Engineer to help build and scale their next-generation AI capabilities. You’ll shape the AI technical roadmap, design integration frameworks, and deliver agentic AI solutions that create real value across the business
What you’ll be doing
- Lead AI systems development and technical roadmap across multiple business units
- Design and implement integration frameworks for agentic AI across enterprise platforms
- Deliver Azure AI, Power Platform and integration solutions
- Establish integration patterns using APIs, MCP and emerging agentic protocols
- Turn business problems into practical, AI‑powered solutions
- Contribute to architecture reviews, governance, and management of technical debt
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing
You’ll be a great fit if you
- Are a hands‑on technical leader who enjoys complex, high‑impact engineering work
- Have strong software/platform engineering experience and can shape architecture and platform strategy
- Are confident in one or more core languages (e.g. Python, C#, Java)
- Have experience with LLMs, Generative AI and/or agentic systems
- Understand emerging AI protocols, RAG patterns, prompt engineering and AI safety
- Bring solid experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, Power Platform and enterprise integration
- Know SDLC, Agile and DevOps, and can lift engineering discipline in others
You’ll need
- Significant software engineering experience (around 10+ years) with a track record in AI/ML or platform environments
- Proven experience architecting and delivering high‑value platform, automation or AI‑driven solutions
- Deep experience with modern cloud, microservices and CI/CD automation
- The ability to influence technical direction and business outcomes at scale
