Our client is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist – HR & Retail to reimagine how HR and frontline teams experience AI across the employee lifecycle. In this newly created role, you will lead the design, testing, and rollout of intuitive, people‑first AI solutions that enhance recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, and employee support. You will make AI usable and trusted in HR by combining UX/service design methods with a strong understanding of HR processes and the realities of retail work.​

What you’ll do
  • Design and implement human‑centred AI experiences across HR processes, translating complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive tools for employees and managers.​
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to prototype, test, and refine AI‑enabled solutions such as recruitment platforms, HRIS workflows, chatbots, and learning tools.​
  • Run research and validation activities (interviews, workshops, usability testing, surveys) to understand how different employee groups experience AI and to improve adoption.​
  • Champion ethical, transparent AI in HR by raising risks early, advocating for employee experience, and ensuring AI augments rather than replaces human judgment.​
What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years in UX/service design, experience design, or behavioural research, ideally with exposure to HR, employee experience, or people-focused digital products.​
  • Proven ability to design, test, and iterate digital solutions (apps, platforms, workflows, tools) in agile, cross‑functional environments.​
  • Strength in user research, data synthesis, and storytelling—able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.​
  • Curiosity about AI, an ethical and human‑centred mindset, and a belief that technology should make work better, fairer, and more engaging for people.​
