AI Adoption & Enablement Manager
Our client is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Manager, to play a pivotal role within their AI team, partnering closely with their L & D to accelerate practical AI adoption across the business. Your goal will be to equip employees and AI Champions with the right frameworks, tools, and know-how to confidently leverage AI to drive efficiency and inspire new ways of working.
What you'll be doing
- Lead initiatives that promote AI adoption through engaging learning experiences, toolkits, and internal communications.
- Establish and nurture a vibrant AI Champion Network to encourage grassroots innovation and continuous feedback.
- Partner with L&D to design concise, timely learning programs that enable agile skill development.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical use cases, tools, and accessible learning assets.
- Craft clear and compelling communications that make AI approachable and increase organisation-wide understanding.
- Monitor and report on adoption progress, champion engagement, and learning outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and how they translate into tangible business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide non-technical teams through change.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
- Experience managing projects and delivering impactful communication strategies.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced, evolving corporate environment.
